The Get Going program - Block of 4 Sessions

Looking for a good foundation to build off including: fitness tests, goal setting and nutritional guidence then this is your option.

The first session is 90 minutes long and includes:

  • A consultation
  • Static measurements: including BMI, Hip to waist ratio and blood pressure - along with information on why these are important.
  • Fitness tests for cardio and strength.
From these we create:
  • Short and long term goals to keep you on track
  • A 6 month program to follow
  • Nutritional guidence - targeted towards your goals
This package is priced at £150pp and will set you up to succeed.

Strength training for women - Block of Six Specialised Sessions
